Return Policy

We understand bra fitting is difficult business. This is why we encourage customers to be fitted and assessed in store for their initial purchase, or post significant fluctuations in weight.

We will happily exchange or refund a product if the fit or function is not as you intended under the following conditions:

  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must not have been worn
  • Items need to be in sellable condition (including no deodorant or make up marks)
  • Postage costs cannot be refunded
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of making purchase
  • We recommend sending your items back via registered/tracked postage, as items lost in the mail will be the responsibility of the customer
  • Manufacturer defaults will be assessed on a case by case basis, She Science will do their best to work with the customer to ensure a favourable outcome is achieved for the client where possible

For online sales refunds will be made via paypal, unless decided otherwise by both parties.
